The Elephant Group

We are proud members of The Elephant Group, an educational organisation committed to ensuring that state school sixth formers are able to access the very best university destinations. 

Despite non-selective state schools educating 93% of the UK's population, just 20% of non-selective state school students progress to "top third" universities, compared to 60% of privately educated students. This leads to a bigger gap in longer term attainment, aspirations and achievement, further limiting social mobility.

In 2025, our Year 12 students attended fully funded, bespoke university experience days at a range of destinations, including University of Durham, Pembroke College, University of Cambridge, Jesus College, University of Oxford, King's College London, University of Sheffield, University Arts London and a three day residential at University of Exeter.
