Dress Code
All students will adhere to our dress code. This comprises of a business suit that includes a smart blazer jacket and smart trousers, or a knee length skirt or dress. Smart polo shirts and chino style trousers are also acceptable attire.
Leggings, denim clothing, strapless tops, hoodies, sportswear and open toed shoes are not permitted.
Students must wear smart shoes or trainers.
Sport students will wear appropriate dress at all times and change into sports kit for practical Sport lessons. Changing facilities before and after practical lessons are provided. Sport students may also be obliged to purchase items for practical activities. Details of these items will be given in the first week/s of the course. Art students may wear old hoodies, protective clothing etc within Art lessons when completing painting etc, but should be dressed smartly and in accordance with the dress code at all other times.
The Assistant Headteacher for Sixth Form, in conjunction with the Headteacher, will have the final decision on all matters of dress.
